About our community
Our mission is to provide our residents with a community atmosphere in which comfort, caring, safety, security and respect are the priorities of our staff, and to provide our residents with qualify food, housekeeping and stimulating activities to enrich their lives.
Caring Heart Tampa is a new name chosen for our facility because of the close relationship of our new ownership group with the Indian Catholic community in the Tampa Bay area. This community includes the Sacred Heart Knanaya Catholic Church of Brandon, which adjoins the Caring Heart Tampa facility.
Caring Heart Tampa is also affiliated with Trident Life, our operating and management consulting firm. Trident has many years of experience in both the ownership and operations of senior living and senior care facilities in Florida and has been associated with the Caring Heart Tampa facility since 2001. Trident will work hand in hand with the new ownership group to bring Caring Heart Tampa to its full potential in caring for seniors.

We assist our residents with daily living activities while maintaining an excellent reputation with the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, as reflected in our deficiency-free surveys for the past four years.
We offer private and shared companion suites designed to support dignity and well-being. Residents enjoy nutritious meals, a vibrant social calendar, and a pet-friendly environment.

Our facility
Caring Heart Tampa offers a welcoming environment with a spacious dining room, a private dining room for family gatherings, and a formal living room for socializing with guests. Residents can also enjoy outdoor patios, porches, and a screened-in porch connected to a secure walking area.
Our residential units range from 316 to 375 square feet, with private suites priced at $3,900 to $4,100 per month and semi-private companion suites starting at $2,900. Medication administration is included in these fees, and additional care levels range from $395 for Level One to $995 for Level Four residents. We strive to make quality care accessible by accepting Medicaid and Veterans’ Benefits and assisting new residents in securing these resources.

At Caring Heart Tampa, our Director of Nursing, Cindy Quinn, is a highly experienced healthcare professional dedicated to overseeing caregivers and medication administration while ensuring top-quality care for our residents. She also coordinates on-site physician visits to meet individual health needs. With nearly five years at our facility and an extensive career in healthcare, Cindy leads our commitment to prioritizing your well-being.
Many of our team members have been with us for over ten years, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and cooperation among our staff. Our residents consistently rate the care provided by Cindy and her team as the best.
